Pro Subscription

Unlimited summaries for ⭐250 Telegram Stars/month

Please use the service responsibly:

  • Don't spam requests or attempt to overload our system
  • Don't use the bot for illegal or harmful content
  • Respect YouTube's terms and the content creators' rights

Your Content Responsibility

You're responsible for:

  • The YouTube links you send us
  • Ensuring you have the right to request summaries of that content
  • Complying with YouTube's Terms of Service

We don't pre-screen or endorse the content you submit.

Service Availability

We do our best to keep the bot running, but:

  • Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
  • We don't guarantee 100% uptime
  • Features may change or be discontinued with notice

  • Payment: Processed through Telegram Stars (digital goods)
  • Non-refundable (see our Refund Policy for exceptions)
  • Auto-renewal: Monthly until cancelled
  • Cancellation: Anytime through Telegram

Copyright & Content Processing

We respect copyright:

  • We don't store or host YouTube videos
  • Audio files are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after summary generation
  • Full transcripts are processed in memory only
  • We comply with DMCA takedown requests

If you believe your content is being processed inappropriately, contact us.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Abuse the service
  • Engage in illegal activities

You can stop using the service:

Anytime by blocking the bot.

Limitation of Liability

Get Summary AI is provided "as is."

We're not liable for:

  • Accuracy of AI-generated summaries
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Any damages from using our service
  • Third-party content or services

Maximum liability: The amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
