Billing errors (charged wrong amount)
Duplicate charges from payment system glitches

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges:

Open the bot settings in Telegram
Manage subscription/payments
Cancel auto-renewal

Note: Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current month.

Telegram Stars Refunds

Since we use Telegram Stars:

Stars purchased from Telegram follow Telegram's refund policy
Stars spent on our bot follow this policy
We can't control Telegram's Stars refund decisions

Billing Disputes

For payment issues:

If unresolved: Contact Telegram Support for Stars-related issues
Last resort: Dispute with your payment provider (bank/card company)

Fair Usage

If we detect abuse (fake refund claims, chargebacks fraud), we reserve the right to terminate service access.
